National Policy Coordinator. Noah is a natural resource policy specialist working to support and lift up communities and their sustainable and equitable access to resources. He’s worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska, a staffer in the US Congress, and has led a commercial fisheries trade association. He holds master’s degrees in marine biology and marine policy from the University of Maine. He lives and works on the ancestral lands of the Wabanaki People in Brunswick, Maine where he operates his company Homarus Strategies LLC.
