American Sustainable Business Network (ASBN) is a movement builder in partnership with the business and investor community. ASBN develops and advocates solutions for policymakers, business leaders, and investors that support an equitable, regenerative, and just economy that benefits all⁠—people and planet. As a multi-issue, membership organization advocating on behalf of every business sector, size, and geography, ASBN and its association members collectively represent over 250,000 businesses across our networks.

Circular Economy Policy Fellowship (Stipend)

The American Sustainable Business Network (ASBN) is seeking a passionate and creative fellow to identify and pursue circular economy policy actions in partnership with key ASBN stakeholders including the ASBN Circular Economy Working Group and other movement allies. The Fellow will work directly with the VP of Strategy + Impact and will be responsible for supporting productive working group sessions, writing and analyzing policy briefs or sign-ons at the state, federal, and/or international level, and developing the business case for specific policies or legislation.

Corporate Responsibility Policy Fellowship (Stipend)

The American Sustainable Business Network (ASBN) is seeking a passionate and creative fellow to co-create and lead the organization’s policy and communications campaign in response to recent controversy aimed at business and investors who consider ESG risk and factors when making business or investment decisions. The Fellow will work directly with the CEO and VP of Strategy and Impact and will be responsible for organizing, packaging, and delivering content to ASBN’s key stakeholders and partners including businesses, business associations, investors, the general public, policymakers, and other movement allies. The role will also coordinate with the policy, event, and communications team to schedule and assemble the content across digital channels.

The American Sustainable Business Network (ASBN) is seeking an experienced Vice President (VP) of Membership Marketing to lead the organization’s membership acquisition and retention efforts, align our communications strategy with our mission, and update our brand voice and website. The VP of Membership Marketing will report to the CEO and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive membership marketing strategy and plan that drives membership growth and engagement.

Non-Profit Controller (Full-Time)

The American Sustainable Business Network (ASBN) is seeking an experienced Non-Profit Controller to manage our accounting and financial operations. The Controller will report to the Executive Vice President of Finance and HR and will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls of the organization. This will include federal grant accounting, payments and reimbursement management, and compliance. The Controller will be responsible for hiring and managing one direct report and setting up processes as needed.
