Linda Fowler is founder of  Regionerate LLC, a woman-owned consulting firm that works with civic leadership groups; government units,; workforce and economic development organizations; colleges; and industry to activate transformative regional partnerships.  Focusing on manufacturing competitiveness, entrepreneurship support, innovation strategy, talent development, smart growth and sustainable communities, Fowler has guided regional prosperity and revitalization efforts in cities including North Chicago, IL; Flint, MI; Detroit, MI; Cleveland, OH; and Toledo, OH. She has been a senior non-resident Fellow for the German Marshall Fund’s Urban Policy Program, created strategic partnerships and networks fostering economic diversification for regional economies, and led an external team for the U.S. Economic Development Administration to facilitate community investment in Florida related to the Space Shuttle Program transition. She currently helps community foundations and national funders  build strategies across a diversified portfolio of investments, including access to patient capital for urban manufacturers of color, workforce development in Michigan, and an equitable farm-o-school ecosystem in Indianapolis, IN.
