This Federal Office is Supposed to Represent Small Business. Why Doesn’t It?

At a Senate committee hearing the founder of Murrells Inlet Seafood (near Myrtle Beach, SC) testified that the SBA’s Office of Advocacy hurts responsible small businesses by supporting flawed deregulation and opposing smart regulations. One example: the mercury standards for coal power plants, which are so bad, some fish species have warnings for mercury levels.
